Bellingham has been sliding backwards

advocates have been working hard to decriminalize drug use but keep the criminalization of the poor. It makes no sense. We have been flooded by hundreds of out of area trash people many of which should be put in facilities against their will. We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars sheltering them but then people like me who NEED a space that is a sane no addicts AND no previous addicts environment have nowhere to rent and nowhere to live or legally safely exist. Bellinghams law enforcement and many of its public have done a lot of effort to allow criminals who actually live their life committing crime, stealing, doing drugs, leaving many victims in their path, but turn around and attack people like me for --- being an ugly homeless female against drugs and crime or something? things like sleeping in doorways is a huge deal the cops need to put people in jail for, but smoking fentynal and leaving its remnants laying around goes untouched, drugging and raping a homeless female might as well be legal because they are too busy arresting everyone for sleeping outside in a park or something. stealing phones from homeless people so that your buddies can knife the guy later for being anti-drug or whatever else- police dont go after stolen phones because theyd rather arrest everyone who sleeps outside. ITS JUST SO BACKWARDS

IT TOOK A REALLY LONG LONG TIME BUT the smear campaign fake facebook accounts have proven themselves to be public defense attorneys or on the prosecution team. They have been able to say what they are doing to me before Ive found out several times now. And the public defense (north county public defense) talks the same level of dishonesty and gibberish. I think its really important to show you what kinds of things bellinghams public defense attorneys say through their made up profiles to their clients. this is a message i recieved from fake profile named anna kerns back in JUNE 2024. I had read this and thought this person is a mentally ill nutcase, because this not how americas justice system works AND she appears to think she sees the future without knowing me at all (these fake profiles are always acting like they never met me through what they say). But it turns out- this IS actually what the public defenders see themselves to be true and the way its working in bellinghams courts. Its downright scary especially factoring in the police tend to write bullshit police reports.

Another thing that needs to be said is that the public defenders have continuesly tried to get me thrown off of ssi benifits, just like the fake accounts have been trying to do, this is VERY common in our courts here. Later the attorneys suddenly have gone to this incompetent to stand trial in order to do everything they can to make sure no one hears what actually happened before and during my arrest because the public defense, police etc are all lying.

You could have and should have googled your role in your own court case. You have been assigned a public defender. You don't get to have a "lawyer" unless you HIRE one or convince one to represent you pro-bono.
You absolutely DO NOT get to talk to the prosecutor. NO ACCUSED CRIMINAL EVER GETS TO TALK TO THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY! THEY ARE TRYING TO WIN THE CASE AGAINST THE ACCUSED. You should probably Google that too.
The public defender will most likely offer a deal to the prosecutor. They'll refine and agree to the conditions of the deal. The public defender will offer YOU the deal. You can either agree or stand trial in front of the judge. I wouldn't recommend that.
In your case it will probably be contingent on a MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATION because you will probably be deemed unfit to stand trial. Clear your head of this notion that you get a "lawyer".
You will not be able to keep your belongings at the courthouse. You should probably put them in storage until after your pre-trial. Make sure your storage spaces are paid up for at least two months in case the court decides to detain you.
If you testify that you are NOT mentally ill then you will forfeit your SSI benefits. You may even have to pay back some of what you have already received. Probably should Google that also.
Your GoFundMe account requesting $10,000.00 is ludicrous. If you wanted to collect money for your defense you should have been working on that months ago instead of traveling and wasting what little money you manage to scratch up.
As for working your substantial @$$ off doing collage art for "merch", no. That's not art it's a hobby that you're wasting your time and money on because you're really not very good at it.

You could have had so much more Rain Forever I get that you had a rough childhood. you're not a child anymore. If you don't stop talking and start listening your future is not looking very promising.

Although being arrested in a city like bellingham can often happen because of someone experiencing serious level of trauma or being degraded to the point they cant take it any longer, the public defense attorneys and entire court system treats them as though they need punishment for their reaction to whatever was traumatic. They dont really seem to be concerned with stopping crime at all in this city.

I think I should take this opportunity to say, that as someone who has a strong belief system in human and civil rights, with a history of advocacy and activism (like way back in my 20s so its been awhile) ........ Bellingham's courts - the ones Ive observed anyway, are an absolute disgrace and laughing stock to exist this way in our nation. all rights afforded to us (or the poors anyway) as citizens of the united states seem to be just thrown right out the window as soon as any problem in your life arises whether its your fault or not.

The public defenders often work against you and you can go months or a year with them not meeting up with you to ACTUALLY discuss the case at all. you just see them show up to court 10 minutes before each court date and they see like 3-8 people during that time. you can go through an entire case with never being allowed to have the lawyer hear your side of the story or talk about what the police said was wrong. and unfortunately its extremely common place for the police to lie, or not know anything about what happened and just make shit up as they go. Ive literally had public defenders tell me it doesnt matter if anything was done was my fault or not - that this is just how they do this court in our town. The public defenders talk what I refer to as "gibberish" they say things that are completely not even understandable and dont have ANYTHING to do with reality. They also put a very large amount of effort into framing you, or boxing you in against your will, with new crimes during pretrial release. They dont consider ANYTHING about whats going on with your life and why you might have done what you did EVEN IF what you did was not based on you being a criminal. For instance - things that are arrestable that normal non-criminals might get arrested for- like tresspass, sleeping in public, yelling at someone in town that deserved it, 4th degree assault on someone who was asking for it etc. (if you arent from wa state , 4th degree assault is when you touch someone without their consent) the public defenders also are fully capable of the sick behavior of putting people behind bars for simply hitting a crackhead without marks or hurting them. On the other hand, Ive seen them ask that someone who would ordinarily never commit crime have 2 years probation and 20 days in jail, but turn around and tell a multi-time car prowler that they got him off scott-free. so i can tell you right now, from what ive seen is not that they are hard on crime, possibly they are hard on people who know themselves and know they arent criminals. I just reminded myself that I was told that by several people in the courts. If you are someone who doesnt live like criminal filth and you know you dont, the courts will throw the hammer at you and spend all kinds of investigative powers stalking you and trying to get people to either false report you or get you charged with super bogus bullshit stuff that shouldnt be arrestable in the first place. while allowing all the criminal filth to go free all the time.

Something to note about the judge, prosecutors and defense

when in the municipal court, they dont speak normal english language at an audible level. or speak in a way you can actually understand what the hell is going on in your case or what their is to do about what you are being put through. In my minor case that should have been thrown out before it even started, due to severe rights violations, the crimes being committed against me and the police lying up a storm and witness tampering as well as getting "victims" to lie and COORDINATING their lies- actually acting as the coordinators. Its been a year, i have not met with lawyers in any reasonable capacity, the court just keeps continueing my case, No one will tell me what im supposed to be doing or whats being said really, its really hard to talk to a lawyer and they stole my phone and hacked my accounts online so what are you supposed to say to someone whos been doing shit to you anyway right? (i have lots of experience talking to abusers but when the "abusers" commiting crimes against you are the cops and attorneys, prosecutor, judge, etc- they can use the odd things you say as a tool to "PRETEND" you are admitting to lying or false reporting)

Living in Bellingham during these whack times is freaking nutz. people 100% around here act like its completely socially acceptable to break into my apt while I sleep AND 100% acceptable to go through my bags and steal all my food or make it rotten by opening bottles/cans etc. and getting on my phones/laptop and erasing my art and photos videos etc. changing passwords to my email and emailing courts or who knows who. telling companies to block my use of things ive paid for --- I could go on with long lists. but oh god if you slap someone - put her away shes a witch!! This is todays reality. I even just saw a poster child for long term criminal element in our homeless community is now a security guard WOW. I suppose Im supposed to say this whole country is gone to shit so bad we cant even get a decent president thats an honest person who cares about the planet and all the species on it.

the lies in bellingham are harsh and literally everywhere. its extremely hard to think there are so many people out there in my community that cant use their brains enough to figure out that being a theft victim does not equal having psychosis or paranoia. the education has slipped so far backwards its just disgusting

these lying sacks of shit have made my life severely effected and drastically altered. and they should have some sort of consequences for their actions that are harsh and as severe as they have made people stay homeless without any help.
